Tori Jones Studio accepts all major credit cards.


Smaller items are shipped via UPS and USPS and packed with the utmost care. Shipping rates for these pieces are calculated at checkout. Larger and more fragile items (such as mirrors, chairs, tables and large artwork under glass) require white glove shipping. Pieces that require this kind of transport are called out in each individual product description. Rates for white glove service are billed separately from and in addition to your order. You may reach out to us in advance of your purchase to receive a white glove quote or we will contact you after your purchase to confirm the shipping rate and arrange delivery. 


We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, the item may be returned in its original condition for store credit or exchange. The customer has 7 days after delivery to inspect the piece and contact if they wish to make a return. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All sale items are final sale.


If your item arrives damaged, please email within 7 days of receipt. Please keep all original packaging and forward us detailed photos.
