Our studio is a destination for the special and the rare. Our collection of vintage, antique and one-of-a-kind finds embraces age, patina and imperfections. Please review our detailed photos and read our product descriptions to gain a full sense of an item’s condition. PAYMENT

Tori Jones Studio accepts all major credit cards.

SHIPPING

Smaller items are shipped via UPS and USPS and packed with the utmost care. Shipping rates for these pieces are calculated at checkout. Larger and more fragile items (such as mirrors, chairs, tables and large artwork under glass) require white glove shipping. Pieces that require this kind of transport are called out in each individual product description. Rates for white glove service are billed separately from and in addition to your order. You may reach out to us in advance of your purchase to receive a white glove quote or we will contact you after your purchase to confirm the shipping rate and arrange delivery. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, the item may be returned in its original condition for store credit or exchange. The customer has 7 days after delivery to inspect the piece and contact info@torijonesstudio.com if they wish to make a return. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All sale items are final sale.

DAMAGES

If your item arrives damaged, please email info@torijonesstudio.com within 7 days of receipt. Please keep all original packaging and forward us detailed photos.

LOST & STOLEN SHIPMENTS

All packages shipped from our studio are fully traceable with unique tracking numbers generated through UPS or USPS. Through our website, customers will receive updates on the status of their parcel. If a package is not delivered, please contact info@torijonesstudio.com. Our studio will work with the carrier to conduct a thorough investigation. Next steps, including refunds and replacements, will not be determined until the carrier investigation is completed.
