HOW IT STARTED
Tori always wanted to be a shop owner. Fascinated since her childhood by art, antiques, and the meaning of home, her dream was as much about the hunt to discover storied objects as sharing– and celebrating– these finds with others. Connection and experience, not just design. Her eponymous retail business brings together the pieces, places, makers, and artists that she loves most.
Starting with a small website in 2020, followed by a 3-week long pop-up shop in 2021, Tori’s business has grown to encompass full-scale ecommerce and 2 locations: a year-round gallery in Manhattan and a seasonal outpost open during the summer months on Block Island. Whether you visit us in-person or online, we hope you’ll feel welcomed, inspired, and taken care of.
THE HISTORY
A graduate of Columbia University where she studied Art History, Tori worked for more than a decade at interiors brands like domino, Veranda, Elle Decor, House Beautiful, and textile company Schumacher, gaining well-rounded experience as an editor, stylist, art director, merchandiser, decorator, and creative lead. These roles laid the creative groundwork for a brand of her own.

Our mission is to bring together goods from around the world that delight, spark your creativity, and last for generations.
