Here's your own little treasure chest of natural curiosties: an early 20th-century shellwork box with a trim-lined blue interior. Every inch of the exterior is encrusted in crushed shells, with larger varieties accenting the edges and top. A beautiful catchall for jewelry and odds and ends, this piece blends whimsy and artistry, and would look so pretty as part of a collected tablescape.
This box is in very good vintage condition. Its hinges are firmly attached and operate smoothly. There are a few small stains on the interior blue lining, please see our detailed photos.
